Dr. Solomon is a license- eligible clinical psychologist who is under the supervision of Dr. Perkins-Banas. She has completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at William James College and she has training and experience in a variety of settings, including private practice, behavioral consultation, community based childhood and family support services, neuropsychological testing centers, schools, college counseling centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient clinics.
Dr. Solomon’s approach to healing and transformation is based on a collaborative approach that supports and enhances the client’s mind, body, and spirit. She provides a holding space for guidance and support that leads to personal transformation and integration. She emphasizes working with together to create a treatment plan that is unique to client needs and one that facilitates positive growth and change.
Dr. Solomon provides individual, couple, family, and group therapy for a wide range of clinical presentations to support a personal healing and transformation of social, emotional and physical well-being. She treats children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. She also performs neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Dr. Solomon specializes in the impact of social media on its users. Her graduate work on social media and self-esteem has been repeatedly recognized among scholarly work as one of the most accessed dissertations and theses for several months.
